A combination of two prestigious blocks in La Morra: Bricco Rocca and Fossati. The grapes are dry grown, hand picked and spontaneously fermented. No addition of tartaric acid, malolactic bugs , fructose, tannins of any sort and sulphites are kept to a minimum, below the Demeter limit of 70 mg/l. Aged in used barrels. Bottled unfiltered.
