A Swedish Chicago thing. 50% abv. Malort means wormwood. Wormwood and Gentian are the bittering agents. Woody barky aromas. Macerated for a week in GNS. Filtered twice and broken down with water and small amount of sugar. Grapefruit, star anise. Almost like a gin. Supercharged bitterness on the front, pleasant sweetness on the finish. This is nice on it's own, but there are cocktail applications.
