Herve' Seznec, owner of the Ciderie Manoir du Kinkiz, takes special pride in the cider he produces. In his 30 hectares of orchards in Brittany, France, he grows over 21 varieties of apples. All of the apples are hand picked, and no herbicides are used in his orchards. A long fermentation of 75 days in the bottle adds to this cider's complexity and gives it very fine bubbles.
