Made from 100% organic Chardonnay grapes in the Redwood Valley of Mendocino county. The fruit is hand harvested whole cluster and fermented with naturally occuring yeasts, then aged in a combination of old oak and stainless steel for a total of 7 months.
The label is a playful riff on the legendary Domaine Coche Dury.
This distinct yet familiar California chard has notes of green pineaple, creme fraiche, spearmint and a granny smith tart.
