A natural and funky Chenin from a single vineyard site in Swartland, South Africa. Organically farmed grapes. 20% of the fermenting juice is left on skin contact for almost 4 weeks on skin contact, wich turns up the aromatics on the nose and highlights the kick of its tannins. Winemaker Johan Meyer works naturally in the winery, all native yeast ferments, no filtering or fining. These are terroir-focused wines, indeed!
