Single malt whiskey produced by Neversink Spirits in Port Chester, New York. 100% New York-grown barley brewed and lautered at Kent Falls Brewing Company. Twice distilled in Neversink�s custom Holstein hybrid pot still. Aged minimum 4 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and brandy barrels. Non-chill filtered; 45% ABV.
