The nose is a bouquet of meyer lemons and lemon verbena, the body is spacious and has a pillowy texture. The palate is Lemon curd, stone fruit, honey, quince, white pepper. It manages to be both rich and crisp! It would be a lovely dinner date with a creamy risotto, a shellfish pasta, or a plate of charcuterie.
