100% Lambrusco Viadanese. Organically farmed. Hand harvested in late September and fermented in steel tanks where it is kept until June then bottled unfiltered. The warm days prompt the start of a second fermentation in the bottle. The wine then rests one year in the bottle before release. It has no residual sugar and some sediment.
