75% unfermented grape juice made from 50/50 Ugni Blanc and Montils mixed with 25% Cognac made from 100% Ugni Blanc. Grapes are produced organically. The fresh grape juice from the harvest is mixed with Cognac that is distilled the year before and is proofed at 70% abv! Aged at least 18 months in barrel. 17% abv. Caramel candied aromas. Supremely aromatic. Funky and pleasantly cheesy on the mid. Marmalade, yeasty. Zingy fresh. Vibrant acidity. Meyer lemon note. Big fun!
