A 100% Melon De Bourgogne from a biodynamic prodcuer in the heart of Muscadet. This bottle is entirely the product of a small 3 hectare plot of granitic soils. It is aged in cement tanks on its lees for 7 to 8 months.

This racy wine has notes of oyster shells, sea spray, bread dough and yellow apples
