Rye'd On' was the first release of Pinhook whiskey to be distilled at the restored Castle & Key distilery in Frankfort. Mash Bill of 60% Rye, 20% Malted Barley, 20% Yellow Corn, using all non-GMO and locally sourced grains. The notably high percentage of malted barley in the composition lends depth and creamy texture to a rye bursting with peach, spearmint, and cinnamon on the nose, leading to a palate of cherry and toffee. Over 2 years old.
