Since 1898 the Poli family has been operating their artisanal grappa distillery located near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of Italy's Veneto region. Very selective in the sourcing of freshest grape pomace from some of the best winemakers in Italy, fourth generation producer Jacopo Poli distills his distinctive grappas on a classic copper Bain-Marie still which has been in use for over a century. The Po' di Poli Aromatica is produced from Gewurztraminer pomace, and rested for 1 year in stainless steel prior to bottling. Heady aromas of lemon balm and grapefruit, with green herbs, resin, and black pepper. Full textured with a persistent, elegant finish. A special after-dinner treat.
