A crisp wine from one of the preiminent producers of Soave in the Veneto. The winery is run by Graziano Pra and all grapes used for the wines are hand harvested.
This wine is made from 100% Garganega that was hand harvested from Monteforte d'Alpone. The vines are 30 to 60 years old and the grapes are vinified and rested in stainless steel for freshness.
This wine has notes of lemon peel, granny smith apples, parsley and Vichy Catalan. Try it with sole, goat cheese salad, oysters and broccoli rabe!
