From Alicante. 100% Monastrell wine base, macerated with fennel, sage, clove et al, then fortified and rested in century old oak barriques. Sweet red cherries on the nose, with rose petal, light clove, cola. Delicate sage and dill linger in the background. Rich on entry with a subtle sweetness. A delicious aperitif vermouth. 1000L production. 15% abv.
