The Rollin family have been making wine since the early 1900's. In total, Dom. Rollin owns over 10 hectares and bottles wine entirely from their own grapes, selling nothing to negociants. The Chardonnay is hand-harvested and naturally fermented in barrels, then aged on the lees for 12 to 15 months, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. The wine has notes of yellow apple, sage, creme fraîche, and tart apricots. It's an excellent and highly versatile wine that pairs well with everything from roast chicken to crab cakes, Caesar salad to swordfish. Pick up a bottle and see why we like Burgundy so much!
