From the 200 year old Distillerie Grallet-Dupic in Lorraine, France. Estate grown barley and locally harvested peat. The volcanic soil provides the ideal terroir for barley cultivation. They employ an in-house cooper whose interesting job it is to reconstruct barrels by interleaving individual staves from various used vessels. They currently produce four different single malt whiskies.
