From the Rothes, Speyside (same neighborhood as the Glenrothes). Water source is the Granty Burn. 43% abv. Cereal, pine and vanilla spice aromas. Bran flakes and zesty fruit. Slightly resinous; the herbal side of grain weaves through. Herbal. Snappy and compact. Nice richness. Slightly rustic, some high tones. Finishes in the cheekbones, and fattens up with some richness at the end. Slightly oily. Mid-weight.
