Hails from Blackford, on the lowland/highland border. Water source is spring water from the Ochil Hills. 10 fermenters produce a 48 hour fermentation all week except on Friday (102 hours over the weekend). Aged in Ex-Bourbon casks. Finished in 500L sherry casks for 1 year. Herbal edges, ripe, plummy fruity core. Nice long finish. 43% abv. Non chill-filtered.
