Herbs and roots (gentian, rhubarb, china bark, quinine, orange peel, true cinnamon and cloves) prepared over a wood fire and sweetened with honey from the Sibillini Mountains. Unfiltered and natural colouring. Cloudy. 21% abv. A subtle smokey note on the nose. Honeyed around the edges, and a firm core of pungent herbs, cardoons and tobacco leaf in the middle.
