Bottled and grown by the estate in Seneca Lake, New York. Cabernet Franc is particularly well suited for the long Fall season, which helps the grape ripen longer to develop more structure and complexity. The grapes have been hand picked and hand sorted and allowed to ferment naturally, with indigenous yeast. This wine is vegan! With no fining additives or adjustments.
This is a medium bodied wine with aromas of raspberries and soft tannins.
Aged for 10 months in combination of stainless (88%) and 225L neutral oak (12%)
