Our new favorite dry Martini vermouth is this gem from Catalonia, Spain. Naturally-fermented white wine base, Macabeo from nearby vineyards. Over 40 botanicals, including wormwood, hop marjoram, cardamom, cinnamon, orange peel, clary sage, coriander, quassia and yarrow. Delicate fruit and grassy notes on the nose, becoming more earthy and minty. Soft and earthy on the palate, gently spicy with cardamom and coriander. Finish is dry and fantastically clean.
